Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road ([ref dict="MOSTITSKY En-Ru"]CMR[/ref]) (Geneva, 1956).
Положения “Конвенции о договоре международной дорожной перевозки грузов” применяются к любому договору дорожной перевозки грузов транспортными средствами за вознаграждение, когда место принятия груза и место, предназначенное для сдачи груза, указанные в договоре, находятся в двух разных странах, из которых по крайней мере одна является участницей Конвенции, независимо от местожительства и национальности участников сторон договора. В Конвенции оговорены права и обязанности перевозчика, ответственность перевозчика и отправителя груза.
В международной практике договор перевозки подтверждается составлением международной транспортной накладной [ref dict="MOSTITSKY En-Ru"]CMR[/ref] (Convention Merchandises Routiers), международно признанного документа на перевозку товаров через европейские страны-члены Конвенции по контрактам международной перевозки грузов по автомобильным дорогам. [ref dict="MOSTITSKY En-Ru"]CMR[/ref] составляется в трех экземплярах, которые подписываются отправителем и перевозчиком: первый передается отправителю товаров, продукции, второй — сопровождает груз, а третий — остается у перевозчика. Положения “Конвенции о договоре международной дорожной перевозки грузов” применяются к любому договору дорожной перевозки грузов транспортными средствами за вознаграждение, когда место принятия груза и место, предназначенное для сдачи груза, указанные в договоре, находятся в двух разных странах, из которых по крайней мере одна является участницей Конвенции, независимо от местожительства и национальности участников сторон договора.
